Initial attendance as a guest is recommended to discover how meetings are conducted and learn more about the training programme available.
This follows the Toastmasters International format – building up confidence and leading the member through a range of attributes needed to develop presentation and communication skills.
Anyone over the age of 16 may join. Guests can attend free and are always assured of a friendly welcome without any obligation.
